Warranty Options & Info
In-House Warranty
Our 5 year/unlimited mile local warranty will cover select parts of your vehicle in house at any Midwest Auto Care location (this covers defects only and excludes normal wear and tear parts such as batteries, clutches, brake pads, etc). Labor is covered for 3 years/36,000 miles with this warranty.
Some parts require maintenance and must be maintained as such throughout the life of the part. This may include mechanical adjustments, fluid and lubrication service, and/or regular timely visual inspections. The service interval for these parts will be 30,000 miles or as otherwise stated by each part manufacturer.
Nationwide Warranty
In addition to our local warranty we also offer a Nationwide Parts and Labor Warranty for 3 years/36,000 miles. Please call the Nationwide Warranty Hotline at 219-244-2510 for more details or questions concerning this warranty.
Some parts on your vehicle are labeled as “wear” items. “Wear” parts experience high levels of friction and are designed to wear out as part of their “normal” lifespan. These parts are included in our standard warranty of 36,000 miles and 36 months, unless the wearable part’s lifespan is less than that of the warranty. Some examples of “wear” items include, but are not limited to, air filters, brake pads, tires, belts, etc.
