Auto Repair Schererville IN

“If you want good quality service and a place that doesn’t BS you or take advantage of you, here’s the place to go.Here’s the skinny: Courtesy Van – awesome. Quality Work – Honest techs too. They have a courtesy van and they’ll drive you wherever you need to go. I needed a ride to work in Crown Point, they said no problem. The driver was also real friendly and safe too, none of this excessive speeding or dangerous lane changes, just a nice quick ride. That’s a big plus for just about anyone.

They do some pretty good work, I had my windshield replaced and some other general engine maintenance too. They cleaned up after themselves, no smudges on the new windshield, no footprints or oily fingerprints anywhere. Awesome!

Another thing I gotta say is that the techs seem honest enough, I with those 100K maintenance bits and pieces adding up(plus windshield) I was already looking at about $800 or so. I don’t know about you but, that’s a nice little chunk-o-change. Apparently the tech and manager (Bill) knew that too, told me exactly what was needed and what I can afford to wait on until next time or what I really didn’t need to bother with for a while.

All that is pretty great I think.

Midwest Auto Care is CLEAN – not “spotless” but clean. It looks well maintained and there’s none of those typical grease stains on the floor of the customer service area like in a lot of shops. The customer area wasn’t huge per se but, it had decently comfortable seats AND a coffee machine that’s pretty awesome too.

Like I’d mentioned earlier, this is a “no-pressure” place, if something needs to be done to your vehicle, they’ll let you know but, they don’t push and push saying “If you don’t get this done NOW, your car’s gonna Flip Over Roll & Die”.

I got my car fixed here a while back and I gotta say, service is pretty top notch.
